Hon Mr. Justice Dipak Misra has served as the 45^th Chief Justice of India from 28^th August 2017 till 2^nd October 2018. He was appointed Chief Justice of the Patna High Court in December 2009 and served until May, 2010, when he was appointed Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court. Justice Mira was elevated to the Supreme Court of India on 10^th October 2011 and assumed charge as the Chief Justice of India on 28^th August 2017. He has retired on 2^nd October 2018.

The talk was attended by eminent personalities of the Judiciary including the Judges, Magistrates and Bar Council Members.

The Hon. Maneesh Gobin, Minister of Justice, Human Rights and Institutional Reforms, seized the opportunity to convey his best wishes on behalf of all present to Hon. Kheshoe Parsad Matadeen, Chief Justice, who was proceeding on retirement on 25^th March 2019.
